Disciple Maker Ministries International
is a non-profit, non-denominational ministry whose passion is making disciples of all nations. Dr. James Butterfield, President of Disciple
Maker Ministries International, believes in:
* The inerrant and authoritative Word of
God * Salvation by faith in Christ's ministry on the Cross * The Present Day Ministry of the Holy Spirit *
The power of faith in God's Word * The joy of walking in Covenant with God * Christ's ministry of liberation from
bondage * Jesus' soon and sudden return * Christ's call to ongoing Discipleship
Dr. Butterfield believes the Church has a four-fold purpose:
* Exalt the Savior (Worship) * Evangelize the Sinner (Evangelism) * Equip the Saint (Discipleship) * Encourage the Suffering (Ministry)
Christ's ministry was to proclaim
the Gospel of His Kingdom to a world in need of Help, Hope, and Healing; He manifested that ministry through Teaching,
Preaching, and Healing (Matthew 4:23-24, Matthew 9:35). He then commissioned His twelve
disciples (and then the 70 disciples) to go and do the same.
Dr. Butterfield believes that Jesus has now Appointed
and Anointed His followers to go into all nations in order to advance His Kingdom!
